专利说明:

The invention relates to a load-carrying frame for use in construction, by means of which two separate parts of a building, in particular a part which is substantially superimposed in the vertical direction of the building, are connected to one another.
As the demand for housing is concentrated in growth centers, cities have increasingly sought to support the construction of additional storeys, especially in downtown areas, through zoning. Some of the buildings in question were built as early as the end of the 19th century until the end of the 20th century. However, structural changes in buildings of different eras pose significant challenges for additional construction - from a technical point of view, as new additional loads must be able to be moved to existing structures so that additional construction loads can be properly distributed to the building at minimal additional cost.
Additional construction on top of old buildings can be done, for example, by first dismantling the entire water roof structure and then adding the structures of the new part on top of the load-bearing roof structure. Additional construction can also be done in the so-called. on-site construction utilizing large elements or spatial elementsjd. In both of these options, the structural challenges of correctly placing new additional loads on the load-bearing parts of the old structure are basically exactly the same.
The present invention provides a solution for the load transfer of a building, in particular its additional construction, on top of existing structures, which enables freer construction and the placement of the resulting loads in the area to be built. The new part to be built in this way can be designed and implemented completely regardless of the location of the load-bearing lines, walls and pillars of the building below, because the load transfer frame according to the invention enables correct load balancing between different LÖ parts. The load-carrying frame of a building according to the invention comprises a frame-like outer structure delimiting the area E, the outer structure in place being N substantially horizontal, and means for connecting the outer structure substantially vertically to both the structure below and the structure to be formed thereon. The outer structure of the load transfer frame is arranged to rest on the load-bearing points of the underlying structure to direct the loads of the structure to be formed on the load transfer frame to said load-bearing load points of the underlying structure.
Thus, the load transfer frame according to the invention, which has the structure of a frame or a so-called grate structure, it is possible to transfer the loads of the structure to be formed on it in a controlled manner to such points of the underlying structure where the structure is able to receive such loads. If necessary, the load transfer frame can be prefabricated - before installation on top of the structure below. In one embodiment of the load transfer frame of the building according to the invention, the frame-like outer structure of the load transfer frame is formed of steel or wood profiles. In this way, the structure of the load transfer frame is quite light. The steel profiles can preferably be I, H or casing profiles, and the wood profiles can preferably be solid wood, industrially glued veneer (LVL) and / or glulam (CLT). In one embodiment of the load transfer frame of the building according to the invention, an intermediate space is formed between the substantially horizontal upper and lower surfaces of the outer structure of the load transfer frame. This intermediate space can be utilized for the utilization of technical connections, such as, for example, through a structure to be formed on top of the load transfer frame of ventilation ducts at suitable points. Other such connection needs are, for example, flues, electrical connections, elevators, water and sewer points, antennas, etc. This space also allows good serviceability for the maintenance and repair of building services systems. Access to the intermediate space can be implemented - for example, through the roof of the structure below, or through the structure to be formed on the outside or from the interior. The intermediate space can also be left completely open, in which case the thermal insulation is applied to the outer edges of the load transfer frame and connected to the thermal insulation of both the structure below and the structure to be formed on top. If necessary, the intermediate space can also be filled with, for example, light gravel, if it is considered necessary, for example, for heat release.
N N In one embodiment of the load transfer frame of the building according to the invention, the load transfer frame is a load transfer frame for additional floor construction. 2 The solution according to the invention is particularly suitable for the construction of additional floors in existing buildings. a N 30 More specifically, the features of the load transfer frame according to the invention are set out in claim 1. The subclaims set out the advantageous features and embodiments of the solution according to the invention. > Next, the invention will be described in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying figure, each of which schematically shows a load transfer frame according to the invention and its use. Figure 1 schematically shows a load transfer frame 1 according to the invention mounted on the water roof of a building 2.
In this embodiment, the load transfer frame 1 consists of a frame-like outer structure 3 formed by steel or wooden beams attached to each other at its ends, and support structures 4 mounted in the interior defined by the outer structure. 5, which may be, for example, sewer pipes, ventilation ducts or other HVAC components.
The load transfer frame 1 is mounted on the water roof of the building 2 so that at least a part of the beams of the frame-like outer structure 3 rests substantially on the load-bearing walls of the building 2. Thus, the load transfer frame 1 transfers the load generated by the structure 6 to be formed on it to the load-bearing structure of the building 2 below.
On top of the load transfer frame 1, a living or storage space is formed, preferably of modular structures 6.
In the embodiment of Figure 1, a slot 7 is provided in the outer structure 3 of the load transfer frame 1 for venting the intermediate space.
—A separate load-insulating layer 1 can also be added to the load-carrying frame 1 according to the invention, which can be located either on the outer edge line of the frame or completely fill the space between the building 2 and the new structure 6 delimited by the frame. All conventional thermal insulation materials and solutions can be used for thermal insulation.
3 0 25 - With regard to the embodiment of Fig. 1, it should be noted that although the load transfer frame 1 according to the invention is mounted entirely on the roof structure of the building 2 =, the load transfer frame can also be used to implement structures where the load transfer frame crosses the old roof eaves line and operates cantilever-like.
N N 30 - With regard to the example shown in the figure and discussed above, it should be noted that it is not intended to limit the invention in any way. A person skilled in the art will know and be able, on the basis of his own knowledge, to modify the above example in many obvious ways within the scope defined by the appended protection requirements. Thus, the invention is not limited to the above example. O OF O OF LÖ
